SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are drop shipped by the manufacturers or distributors. We offer free shipping on most orders. Shipping times may vary due to location and/or production of item(s), back orders, time of year and nature of the product. Average shipping times vary however, items should be expected within 1-3 weeks from date of order. EMP is not responsible for returned items shipping costs or restocking fees.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returnable items must be returned within 30 days with their original packaging and condition, no alteration(s), uninstalled, and any and all receipts. EMP is not liable for damage occurring in the shipping process. All electrical parts, pre-owned parts and complete motorcycles are subject to final sale. All exchanges must be made within 30 day and items in original condition. EMP is not responsible for any and/or all occurring shipping costs on exchanged or returned items.
